Ayurveda is an ancient approach to life that has been practiced in India for thousands of years, and now worldwide. It is a holistic method of health that focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit. There are many misconceptions and myths about this science that prevents people from seeking its benefits.

We asked the Hale Pule team and our private community, the Hale Pule sangha, what are some common myths that they have heard about Ayurveda?
